Seaweed cucumber cold soup

Material and quantity

200g of macerated seaweed, a half piece of cucumber, 1T of #Convenient Green Onion, 3 pieces of #Freezed-dried Minced Garlic, sesame seed, 1T of vinegar, 0.5T of soy sauce, 500~600ml of water, 1C of ice, 2 tablets of #Jayeonhanal

How to cook

1. Boil 500~600ml of water with 2 tablets of #Jayeonhanal.


2. Slice your macerated seaweed and slightly stir it. Make sure you also clean your seaweed.


3. Slice the cucumber and seasoned it with seaweed.


4. Add and mix #Freezed-dried Minced Garlic, #Convenient Green Onion, sesame seed, and vinegar.


5. Pour #Jayeonhanal broth and ice.


6. Adjust your seasoning according to your preference.
