Material and quantity

1 Mackerel, 1T of red pepper powder, 1T of red pepper paste, 1T of soy sauce, 150g of radish, green onion, 4 pieces of #Freezed-dried Minced Garlic, 1T of #Convenient Green Onion, 1 red chili pepper, 600ml of water, 2 tablets of #Jayeonhanal

How to cook

1. Clean and cut mackerel into 3 pieces. Cut the radish in flat form.



2. Put the radish and mackerel in your pot. Boil the pot with 2 tablets of #Jayeonhanal, 600ml of water, red pepper powder, red pepper paste, soy sauce, #Freezed-dried Minced Garlic, of #Convenient Green Onion.



3. Boil it with high temperature and change to medium heat until the broth of your meal becomes 1/3 of it. Add vegetables and boil it at low heat for 5 minutes.



4. Adjust your seasoning based on your preference.
