Soybean Paste Stew

Material and quantity


1.5T of soybean paste, 1/4 of tofu, 1/8 of young pumpkin, 1/4 of potato, 1/4 of onion, 1 string of green onion, 3 pieces of #Freezed-dried Minced Garlic, 2 pieces of #Freezed-dried Minced Chili Pepper, 1/2 red chili pepper, 600ml of water, 2 tablets of #Jayeonhanal

How to cook

1. Cut young pumpkin and potato in a flat form. Slice red chili pepper by removing seeds of the pepper.


2. Cut your onion in half and chop green onion in 3 cm pieces.


3. Boil water with #Jayeonhanal in a pot. Add soybean paste as your pot starts to boil.


4. Add #Freezed-dried Minced Garlic, #Freezed-dried Minced Chili Pepper, vegetables and tufu.


5. Adjust your seasoning based on your preference.
